Background Software

The operation of a ticketing sales system in passenger transportation generates and requires a mass of data that need continuous collection, processing, distribution, analysis and transmission. krauth technology offers a large and flexible product portfolio for designing the required background platform for this purpose.

Our main software product SMART, with its numerous modules, acts centrally coordinating the running of these functions. This includes, among other things, the preparation of the various operating data, the subsequent roll out of the data to the sales devices, the statistical analysis of the sales data and even the generation of a monthly closing balance. More specific products such as our Monitoring, for monitoring the sales system in real time, or our KA background system for integrating a VDV-KA solution into the KA infrastructure, complete our product range.
